This Privacy Policy describes in detail our policies and practices regarding the collection, use and disclosure of your personal information.

We recognise the trust you place in us when you provide us with your personal information. We are committed to ensuring the security and confidentiality of the personal information you entrust to us when visiting our site or using our services.

  1. Collection of your personal data

Personal data is any information about an individual that identifies that individual directly or indirectly, such as electronic addresses, passwords and payment information. Data from which the identity has been removed (anonymous data) is not included.

As part of our activities, we collect and process personal data in various ways. We may collect personal data that you provide to us directly, but we also collect data by recording how you interact with our services, for example by using cookies on our site. We may also receive information from third parties.

You can choose not to provide us with your personal data. In general, however, you must provide us with certain information about you in order to receive relevant offers from us and to enjoy other benefits to which you may be entitled as our customer. In addition, certain information may also be required in order for you to ask a question and for us to be able to answer it.

Mandatory information is marked with an asterisk on our site. If mandatory information is not provided to us, your request may not be processed or may not be processed in a timely manner.

  • Information you provide to us:  We collect and store information that you provide to us on our site or otherwise send to us.
  • Automatic Collection of Information: We automatically collect certain information from your computer or mobile device when you visit our site. For example, we collect your session information, including your IP address, the navigation software used and the reference site. We may also collect information about your online activities, such as content viewed, pages visited and searches. We collect this type of information automatically to try to better understand your interests and preferences or to better personalise your experience.
  • Geolocation and other information from your mobile devices: We may collect and use your information, generally in the same way and for the same purposes as you use our website. In addition, with your consent, we may collect information about your location if your mobile device is configured to send this type of information to our website (see your mobile device privacy settings). You may change your mobile device’s privacy settings at any time and disable the feature that shares your location information with us. For assistance with your mobile device privacy settings, please contact the manufacturer of your mobile device.

2. How we use your personal information

We only use the personal data we collect about you for specific purposes. This includes providing our services to you, including your access to and use of our site, conducting and managing our commercial activities, promotional activities, incentive programmes or marketing activities (including e-mailing campaigns, loyalty programme, targeting, retargeting, profiling and segmentation).

As mentioned above, our processing activities of your personal data may also include profiling activities (i.e. any form of automated processing of personal data that involves the use of personal data to evaluate certain personal aspects relating to a natural person, in particular to analyse or predict certain aspects relating to that natural person’s personal preferences, interests, behaviour, location or movements) in order to define types of customers for our products and services, to keep our site up to date and relevant (optimising the customer experience), to develop our activities and to implement our marketing strategy.

3. Marketing

We want to make it easy for you to use our services and/or special offers from us. To do this, we may send you emails and/or push notifications containing information about offers and services that may be of interest to you.

You will receive marketing communications from us if you have consented, if you have requested or if you have purchased goods or services from us (in which case we will only send you communications relating to similar products and services) and you have not opted out of receiving marketing communications.

Each time you receive an email of this type, you will be able to tell us that you no longer wish to receive it, or opt-out of push notifications in the application, or change the settings of your mobile device to do so. You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link found at the bottom of each communication you receive from us.

4. Cookies and other web technologies

We collect information through cookies and other similar technologies (invisible pixels). Cookies are small text files that are automatically placed on your computer or mobile device when you visit a site. Cookies and invisible pixels are stored by your internet browser. Cookies contain basic information about your use of the internet. Your browser sends these cookies to our site each time you visit so that your computer or mobile device can be recognised and your browsing experience can be personalised and improved.

You can find out more about cookies and similar technologies we use (such as invisible pixels) in our Cookie Policy.

You can also find out more about cookies in general, including how to see what cookies have been installed on your (mobile) device and how to manage and delete them at www.allaboutcookies.org and http://www.youronlinechoices.com/uk/.

We use cookies on our site for the following general purposes:

  • To identify your browser when you return to our site, to record and remember any preferences you may have defined during your previous visit. For example, if you have registered on our site, cookies may allow us to retain your login details so that you do not have to re-enter your login details each time.
  • To customise your browsing experience and the content of our site. For example, when you visit an Internet page, we, our service providers or our partners automatically install a cookie in order to recognise your browser when you access the Internet, and thus display information based on what seems to be of interest to you.
  • To measure and document the effectiveness of various features, offers and electronic communications (by tracking which emails you have opened and whether you have clicked on a link in the email).

The Settings option on the toolbar of most browsers should tell you how to prevent your browser from accepting new cookies, how to get a notification when you receive a new cookie, or how to disable cookies that are not useful to you. Please note that if you reject cookies, you may not be able to access many of the tools, content or features offered by our site.

5. Web Beacons

Our site may also use web beacons (also called invisible GIFs or invisible pixels), which are small digital images with a unique identifier that work like cookies, and are placed in the code of a web page. We use them to understand the browsing patterns of our users who visit a page from another page within our site, to provide or pass information to the cookies, but also to know if you are visiting our site via an online advertisement displayed on a third-party site, and finally to improve the performance of our site. We may also allow our service providers to use web beacons to help us determine which emails have been opened by their recipients and to track user traffic and actions on our site. We do this so that we can better measure the relevance of our content and the effectiveness of our offers.

6. Your rights

You can check, complete and update the information you have provided by going to the “My Personal Data” section of your account.

You can change your marketing preferences at any time by going to the “My Subscriptions” section of your account.

7. How do we protect your personal data

We want you to use our site with confidence. That is why we are committed to protecting the information we collect. While no website can guarantee absolute security due to the difficulties of operating online, we have implemented and maintain appropriate organisational, technical, administrative and physical measures to protect the personal data you provide to us from unauthorised or unlawful access, use or disclosure, and from accidental loss, damage, alteration or destruction.

For example, we use data encryption when we transfer your billing information between our system and those of other parties with whom we share it. We also use firewalls and intrusion detection systems to prevent unauthorised access to your information.

8. Information regarding minors

Our site is for adults only and does not offer services aimed at minors. We do not knowingly collect information relating to minors. If a person we know to be under 18 years old sends us personal information, we will delete or destroy that information as soon as reasonably possible.
