We carry out an inventory using Microsoft’s standard tooling. On the basis of this inventory and interviews with your organisation, you determine the scope. This scope translates to a project cost and recurring Azure costs so you can use it to create a business case. We can also assist in creating a business case.
The migration strategy determines how each workload is brought to the Azure cloud. For fast results, Azure Migrate is the solution.

1. Re-hosting ( = moving 1:1 to the cloud)
2. Replatforming (= same application on a different platform)
3. Repurchasing (= purchasing the same functionality from a different application)
4. Refactoring (Re-architecting) (= transforming or rebuilding an application to the cloud)
5. Retire (= saying goodbye to)
6. Retain (= keep, death or do nothing)
